Each case presents a realistic patient profile: age range, gender, occupation, and presenting complaint. Then, you try to reach a diagnosis using gradually revealed clues. Each clue is matched with a real DSM-5-TR diagnostic criterion.

After entering your guess, you will see the following on the explanation screen:
- Which clue matches which DSM-5-TR criterion
- Why other diagnoses are ruled out (differential diagnosis)
- Real-world context with a short clinical note

A new clinical case is published every day. It is completely open for free users. A reason to return to the application every day. Case Library
Hundreds of cases in the eight core categories of DSM-5-TR:
- Depressive Disorders
- Anxiety Disorders

Each category is divided into three difficulty levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Difficulty levels gradually increase — you will encounter more complex cases as you progress.
