Blumie Organizer is the official event accreditation app for the Blumie platform. Developed for organizers and production teams, the app allows for quick and secure ticket validation through QR code scanning.

Main features:

QR Code Scanning
Scan participant tickets using your phone's camera. Validation happens in real time, indicating whether the ticket is valid, has already been used, or is canceled.

Participant Management
View the complete list of event participants, search by name or email, and track who has already checked in. The app displays real-time statistics with the number of attendees and absentees.

Manual Check-in
In addition to QR code scanning, it's possible to manually check in by searching for the participant on the list. Ideal for situations where the ticket cannot be scanned.

Participant Registration
Add new participants directly through the app during the event, filling in their name, email, phone number, and ID. The ticket is generated automatically.

Multi-Day Event Support
For events that take place over more than one day, select the day you wish to operate and the app will automatically filter valid tickets for that date.

Real-Time Synchronization
All operations are instantly synchronized with the Blumie platform. If more than one person is handling check-ins, everyone sees the same updated data.

Offline Mode
The app maintains a local cache of data, allowing you to view the participant list even with an unstable connection.

Security
Access to the app is restricted to event team members. Each operator must be registered and authorized by the producer to perform check-ins.

To use Blumie Checkin, you need to have an account on the Blumie platform and be a member of an active event team. Contact the event organizer to receive the access code.
