Cannot add sensor

Received my daughter's brace about a month ago. I was excited they had the option for this sensor so that I could monitor her wear time. Well, after a month of trying, I can't even create an account on the app in order to even set it up. I've emailed the developer several times with no response and zero resolution. Very frustrating.
