2022-08-15	Er*****	It honestly just does not allow me the use of any scooters in South Carolina. Scanning the qr code results in an error. And typing in the number code on the scooters always results in a 'scooter not found' message. I've tried it about 5 different times now in the course of almost 6 months.

2021-10-13	Ka*****	I will say, the scooter ride was a ton of fun BUT this really is a scammy situation. App is garbage and glitchy...managing to reserve the scooter is nearly impossible. Can't end the ride after your done, no matter where you try to go, it says your not in the right place. Also had my scooter stolen while running on my charge... One customer service button called a number that's not even enough digits to be a phone number. The other I left a message for and never heard back.

2021-10-11	Ab*****	It does not allow to end the ride each time I started the ride, very painful as we have to call customer service all the time and the clock keeps ticking, it's so frustrating and bad experience for something that is intended for fun purposes 😔😭

2021-10-09	Pe*****	So the app would not let me end my ride (Corpus Christi) despite the fact I was returning the scooter to where I originally got it and was parking it next to other scooters. This means my credit card was still running with no way to stop it. I tried to contact them to find out how to end the ride but did not receive help. I was later charged an exorbitant amount for that ride. I have contacted them multiple times to correct this with no success. It's a scam to get your cc number and over charge.

After I was finally able to ride, when I was at my destination, it would not allow me to end the ride because it kept saying I was not in a designated area, yet it offered no help to find where to get to a correct area. Over 10 minutes trying to park and end the ride and when I tried to click the "call us" within the app, it dialed a hospital and they said I had the wrong number. I was found a number on their website and had to speak to a customer service rep who was able to end the ride remotely. It was not an enjoyable experience.

The app would not let me end my ride and told me to go into the service area or a designated parking area. I was in the service area and there are no parking areas on the map. I couldn't even leave the thing where I picked it up. Looks like I might have to call my credit card company so that I do not get undo charges.

The number on the app for support isn't even a real number. I hope cities get rid of these before they scam more people

2021-09-13	Sa*****	Probably the worst app ever created. Never works on Android. Updates mean you're locked out. No support on weekends (or ever). Scan will not work. Leaves you left out of vacation options 😪. If this is the option where you want to go, avoid it.

2021-09-10	Di*****	I'm sorry but if I could give this a negative -5/5, I would. I have never gotten so frustrated with an app that I've wanted to throw my phone twice in one day. It was way too difficult to reserve a ride then unlock it. I had to start over on that part at least three times before I could even unlock the scooters. Then, to lock it again, I had to put my phone on then off airplane mode. It's so unbelievably stupid. Please fix this.
