This application allows you to register within the SVT information systems to subsequently access the on-call transport services called Perimetrò and Serale. After registration, it is possible to book one or more trips within one of the geographical areas in which the service is provided and distributed throughout the municipality of Vicenza. It is possible to book for a single trip or for multiple trips repeated over time by specifying your travel needs. It is therefore necessary to select the area of ​​interest, the desired boarding and alighting stop and the desired boarding or alighting time (not both). Optionally, a number of seats greater than one can be specified to make a single reservation for multiple people traveling together. Furthermore, it is possible to indicate the need to travel with your own wheelchair in case of disability. Stops can be chosen from a list or selected on the map. The application then allows you to check the status of your travel reservations to see if they have been processed by the SVT central system, if they have been fulfilled and how. Furthermore, since it is a personalized transport service that is created based on user requests, you are asked to be diligent and cancel your travel request if it is no longer necessary. Canceling a travel request can also be done through the app. If necessary, for support on using the service, you can call the number shown within the application itself.
