Every task gets a unique board-scoped ID (e.g., PROJ-42) for easy reference. Add descriptions, set priority levels (Low, Medium, High, Urgent), assign due dates, and tag tasks with custom labels. Assign tasks to team members so everyone knows who's responsible. Drag and drop tasks between columns as work progresses.

Team Collaboration
Invite team members by email and control access with role-based permissions. Owners and Admins manage the board, Editors create and update tasks, and Viewers have read-only access. Everyone stays on the same page with a shared, real-time board.
