2026-08-13	Da*****	After every update the purifier shows offline and I have to delete the product and reinstall it app logged me out of my account and when I try to log in it says wrong username and password... tried to reset password and the it says password is the current password in use again locked out of my account after the update even though I put the right email and password. tired resetting the password and it says current password is in use. even tried uninstalling and re installing and still didn't work
