Customers can read the information, sign, and submit their data, which is automatically associated with their profile in the main management system.
This reduces paper use, time spent completing the form, and transcription errors, while also improving regulatory compliance and the in-store experience.
The app is intended exclusively for Bludata optical stores and requires an active FOCUS CLOUD account.
