Avoid this app at all costs. I waited nearly a month for an order and it was a complete nightmare. I called 10–15 times and tried multiple different customer service numbers, but it didn't matter which number I called—every single person gave the exact same scripted lie: "We are trying our best, it will arrive in 3 days."
