2023-03-11	Sa*****		It's not about the app, but in general your tracking of the order is very frustrating. First of all, tracking is only avail from the website. So even if I have an app and the tracking number there, I always need to log in on the web. Super time consuming. Also I cannot specify the delivery time even tho this is a fresh product. Flowers are often sent as gifts but if we cannot guarantee that the delivery to the person who is receiving them, it's not valuable any more.
