The ability to share documents and use video makes it a complete service. Only 20% of patients use a portal, but almost all will view & communicate by text. Links are hot in the text as well! This app works on all platforms. It will improve workflow since patient inquiries don't require answering and replying by phone. You can reply at your convenience. Service is great!

2018-04-14	A *****	We are a medical clinic with 20 employees. We switch to bloom text very quickly after tiger text was going to charge us almost $3,000 to convert to a paid account. The support staff at Bloom text were able to answer our questions. Arrange the phone call. We're interested in suggestions and tailoring the app to assist us with our work. The only thing we missed from Tiger text was the 30 second voice Message. Aside from that it does other tasks as well as allows faxes and emails straight through the system which is an incredible addition that we never had even seen in another application. I recommend it very highly particular if you looking for a free texting app that requires a HIPAA compliant environment
