Also, they always say to check my email, but I've received none. I'm glad I didn't deposit a large amount; otherwise, I'd be in big trouble.

2026-07-31	an*****	exchanged more than 15 emails and endless chat with customer care, couldnt make a deposit using my card, keep saying it wasnt their problem but ALCHEMY which is their third party payment assistant, really cheap and doesnt feel safe to use.

2026-07-31	Er*****	These dudes thought it wise to block my account for reasons that they "cannot explain" I engaged them severally and they cannot answer why the account is blocked. That's very dangerous! And I had to find out the account was blocked when I tried to log in. If I had money in that account, it would be gone as we speak, thank the heavens, other users should pay attention! If you block the account then state what rules were broken, not just shutting someone's account & stay quiet. Sounds like a SCAM!
