2023-07-02	Sa*****	My hub updated and now I can't use it anymore, I can't find a place to buy another one, I have 15 more that I am using, it would be a lot of money to replace them all for another brand. Has not received an update since 2020. Needs tons of improvement.

2020-10-13	Tr*****	Most third class product ever used in IOT category. Takes loooooooong time to get connected with router even router has kept just beside the product and signal is excellent. Apart from this, App will show time out but in actual it's status chaged. This product sucks and too much irritating.

2019-12-02	A *****	Support Team is helpful but the App needs a lot of improvement. Two star because the support team was prompt to reachout and help but otherwise the app itself is not very easy to use. Basic features like removing a device does not work well. You need to go to a room and then add a device (which too did not work for me). But imagine if I moved a device from living room to bedroom, no way to change room. I need to delete and add again. The app asks for a lot of permissions. Like y do you need loc?

2019-08-16	A *****	Won't accept spaces in WiFi password. i have an easy to remember but, essentially, impossible to guess password that is a sentence. Every device in my home , Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Leviton, Tuya, Wink, Bond and others have no problems with the spaces. This device won't connect and tells me that spaces are not accepted. I'm not changing my password for that many devices.

2019-07-24	A *****	Finally, a way to control EVERYTHING! Set up the Hub, then add devices with IR to control and connect with Alexa and Enjoy! Lots of things to control in the future. I LOVE THIS HUB and the APP! I can even control my Tower Fan!
