2023-06-06	To*****	I love the Cortex - it's an all around versatile and robust product and I wish I could give it 5 stars. I reached out to Garmin about an issue with external speaker volume for Android (the manual only addresses IOS) and the customer service was terrible. It took almost 2 weeks to get back to me and it was a very simple instruction. After fixing for myself, I asked if this could be included in the manual - but radio silence. Device and app are great - customer service needs serious work...
