User reviews overwhelmingly describe SmartArt as bloatware/adware that cannot be uninstalled or disabled. Recent reviews

This, like others have said, showed up one day with a phone update. I disabled the app, can't uninstall it, yet it keeps downloading and saving images to my phone to give me news like notifications that I can't disable. It's so disturbing.
