If we tell the quality of food is not good ,zip delivery will tell u r d only person complaining like this. Zip app person told we r not responsible for the quality of food items . Even if it is a poison we r not responsible for tat. We are just delivering.For refund you have to go straight to the hotel and ask ,we will not do anything. I will put-100 rating for this app and service persons.

Thanks for all delivery staffs......zip is my best app. I am currently working abroad and I order food for my family from here through this application. Even if we were to go to a restaurant we would not be able to buy food so quickly. If I order food, my children say. That the zip man would fly away in twenty minutes. வாழ்க வளமுடன்.
