The KSU Mobile app was once a helpful resource for managing class schedules and campus navigation, but recent updates have introduced significant issues. Multiple users report inability to log in due to a broken login button, frequent freezes, constant loading screens, and app crashes. Fingerprint authentication and staying signed in features no longer work properly. While the app previously had a user-friendly design and useful features, ongoing glitches severely hamper its reliability and convenience.

Cons

Login button frequently does not work, preventing access to the app.
App often freezes or becomes extremely slow, affecting usability.
App frequently gets stuck on loading screens and fails to fully load content.
Fingerprint login and persistent sign-in options no longer function reliably.
App crashes or closes unexpectedly during login attempts, especially with Microsoft authentication.

Recent reviews

The sign in button does not work, making the app entirely unusable the majority of the time. On the rare instances that I can actually log in, information such as my class schedule does not appear anywhere in the app. A complete waste of space.
