I just got admitted into Graduate school, and the general school website platform is so confusing. They told me to download the app but every time I log in it says " An update is available for the screen- reload" Everytime I press reload it gets worse. Plus, the Email option does not work nothing ever loads. Please help and please fix. Thank you!!!

Whenever I try to log in to my self service it tells me to authenticate that it is me. I do and it tells me it's logging me in and then sends me right back to the authentification screen every time. What's the point of having the app if I can't even log in properly?
