Would have given zero stars If I can. Becareful , if your transaction does not go through, there's no one to take responsibility. I had 3 successful transactions. But the 4th has not gone through. No one tells me what has happened. Its hard to get an answer from customer care as well. Would not use this service again. PS: This was later resolved by the support team. Hence, 5* rating. Thank you.

Poor service & not efficient at all! They keep on making an excuse about yesterday's holiday although I asked a 2nd update, Nov 2 about 6pm UK time (which isn't a holiday in the Philippines anymore). The money I transferred thru this app 3 days ago hasn't gone through so I decided to send money thru Remitly today (Nov 2 at 5am) and it went through to my recipient after just 3 hrs. I thought I'll give PassTo a chance by the end of the day but an agent still blamed the delay from Nov 1's holiday.
