2024-12-05	Jo*****	It works for me and it is cost effective. I'm not going to be a world class cyclist but I like the routes and options to keep in shape. I'm willing to wait and see what Bkool becomes and happy that I'm on the ground floor with this app.

2024-04-05	Bj*****	It's tough to give an app that freezes anything more than one star, but BKool has potential to be a great app, combining the the best of Zwift, Rouvy, and FulGaz into one app. So, I hope the developers fixes all the bugs a.s.a.p. At the present, though, too many things go wrong. A) Keys are unresponsive. B) The resistance doesn't match the gradient. C) The video/animation freezes and you have to close the app, unplug your smart trainer, and start over. BKool could be cool, but it isn't.

I can't even use the app to simply change the resistance on my bkool smart Pro 2, which, in turn, makes it useless, too. Is there anyone in the market for a not so smart trainer Re: developer reply - I now know this, but this info really needs to be on the packaging. It would have been a BIG deciding factor in purchasing this item Thanks
