| Kaleido Scan

Kaleido Scan is an app that uses your device's camera and the ARCore Depth API to perform rough 3D scans of your surroundings and objects.

Main Features:

- Real-time display of depth map
- Generation and preview of colored point cloud (PLY)
- Generation and preview of continuous surface mesh (OBJ)
- Conversion to GLB, preview, and sharing
- ZIP sharing of scan sessions
- Deletion of data on the device

Scan data processing and saving are performed on the device and are not automatically sent to the developer's server. Files are only sent to the destination selected in the Android share sheet when a sharing operation is performed.

An ARCore Depth API-compatible device is required for use. For stable results, move the device slowly in a brightly lit area with visible floors or walls and patterns. Accuracy may decrease with glass, mirrors, dark environments, long distances, or moving objects.
