Full of bug and error. And the dev don't care about the app. Report my error for a year already yet no fix. Nearly have to serve military and drop out from university because of this error.

Both the App and the Web reported 503 errors when there was a big event. Require the development department to anticipate the case where at least 100,000 people are logged in and used at the same time.
