Bizfiy

Bizfiy is the official internal application for our company's employees. It brings all of
your day-to-day work — attendance, expenses, leave, sales, purchasing, inventory, orders,
approvals, and reports — into a single, secure app on your phone. This is a private,
employee-only application: access is restricted to authorized staff of the organization,
and what you can see and do inside the app is determined by your assigned role.

Instead of switching between spreadsheets, paper registers, and email chains, you handle
your work directly in Bizfiy. The app is organized into focused modules, and you only see
the modules relevant to your job. A sales executive works with leads and quotations, a
store keeper works with inventory and gate passes, a manager reviews approvals and
dashboards, and an administrator manages configuration — all from the same app, each with
the right level of access.

Signing In

To use Bizfiy you must be a registered employee of the organization. Sign in with the
email and password provided to you, recover your password if you forget it, and set up a
quick MPIN (mobile PIN) for fast, secure access on future visits. If you do not yet have
access, contact your administrator — accounts and permissions are created and managed
internally.

My Workspace — Your Daily Tasks

My Workspace is your personal hub for everyday activities. From here you can:


Mark attendance with check-in and check-out.
Apply for leave and track its approval status.
Log overtime hours.
Submit expense claims, capturing receipts directly with your phone camera.
Record entries in the visitor log when needed.


These routine tasks that once needed paper forms or office visits are now completed in a
few taps, with a clear record kept for you and your manager.
