What the actual heck is going on.. I purchased credits, and now it just times out.. ?? How do I spend them if the app is broken? How about my money back if it's not working.. I'll give the other four stars back, as soon as I can use the app.. ooof please fix the operation timed out error!!

Operation Time Out. We are experiencing high traffic. No credit was deducted. Try again. This is the error message I get on the app. This has been happening the whole day. This APP has assisted me a lot in the past however the system glitches are really frustrating.
