Users enjoy the engaging stories and movies on BitShort, noting smooth playback and a good reward system for accessing free episodes. However, many find episode prices too high, and frequent bugs like crashes, black screens, and reward collection issues significantly hinder their experience. Problems with account logins and incomplete shows after subscription further reduce satisfaction. Overall, while content quality is praised, technical and pricing issues limit app usability.

Incomplete shows leave users unable to watch full content after subscription.
