They didn't ask for any verification when I added money to the wallet and when I want to withdraw they are asking for a lot of documents and even after submitting the asked documents, it is taking them weeks to verify it. Kind of a scam to stop people from withdrawing their own money. Very Disappointing.!

Customer service was unhelpful, and the account verification process felt like a nightmare, with repeated requests for excessive personal information. Suddenly, my account was closed without warning or explanation, and my emails were ignored for weeks. The issue was only addressed after I filed a complaint with VARA. They reopened the account temporarily for 6 days,Very unprofessional and concerning experience.
