Work Orders - Field

The application is the mobile component of the Work Orders system and is used alongside the office-based web application to streamline work order management. Field workers can access the work orders assigned to them directly on their mobile devices and update their completion status. Clients can provide their signatures directly within the app. Work orders can also be printed from the app. All changes are instantly reflected throughout the system.

The Work Orders information system bridges the gap between office and field operations through the use of work orders. The system components include:
- the "Work Orders – Back Office" web application, where work orders are created, assigned to workers, and dispatched. It also allows you to track the status of each order - when it was started and when it was completed. This application is accessible via web browser, enabling convenient use on desktop computers, laptops, or tablets,
- a centralized database hosted in a data center,
- this mobile application.

Key features of the mobile app include:
- setting the status of a work order in the field to Started or Completed, with time tracking,
- adding comments to a work order,
- creating a new work order from the field if needed,

- capturing the client’s signature.
