2024-06-09	La*****	Yes this app is awesome for taking out the guess work for your nutrition goals, and knowing what to eat everyday, however it would be amazing if the rolling subscription was recognised. I paid for a weekly subscription and it never refreshed, it never recognised it and had to always cancel and restart again. Ended up cancelling and uninstalling altogether, that's just a nuisance. Please fix this, this app is a life changer! 🙏

2024-02-15	Ma*****	Really disappointing experience. The app is great when it works. I held a rolling monthly subscription for 3 months and in that time I emailed customer support four times and received no answer. Twice, I have opened the app and it didn't recognise my subscription, even though I had a rolling debit. This happened to me twice and the subscription had not expired. When it happened this week, I still had 3 days left. Customer support is useless, no replies to emails whatsoever.
