User accounts often get deleted or become inaccessible leading to loss of accumulated funds.
Frequent error messages and app crashes hamper the user experience and reliability of mining.

Lost £200 . I've Benn using the app for a couple of months and I've had the £100 per month contract. Now I cannot log into my account and I've had no response from the management team. That's over £200 I've lost. Rip off !!!

Scam and waste of time. There is a free plan, which I use, but you have to "withdraw" at 2.5 BTC. That in itself is ridiculous, since it would take over three years to get that much with the pitiful hash rate they supply. But that's not my full reason for a one star review. The other part is that my account got deleted after the app was having some issues and I lost over 10k in BTC because of this problem. So this is definitely a scam if you use the free plan.
