Horrible customer service, transfers take way too long, if they ever come.. better apps out there with way better service and technology. IM NOT USING BITBUY ANYMORE...way too risky, no service for issues. You will wait days and days and days... nobody will even reply to this post..

Avoid this company at all costs. In the last year they have become a scam, I had thousands in there and they would not let me withdrawal any of it except in dollars. I had to trade out of my positions to dollars just to get my money out. DO NOT USE BITBUY
