2024-11-26	Al*****	Very very bad customer support system please never ever install this app and do trading they are just simply lotting public money on the name of crypto trading. I have done trading and now account is struck at certain point. It's not working properly since from 5 months o have tried to reach customer support but they have simply answer to raise a ticket. And that ticket was still not answered. There is no proper phone number to call and talk with them. I am requesting google to band this app.

2023-07-12	Ma*****	Pathetic app support. You cannot even withdraw your amount which is there in the INR wallet. I have been chasing them for more than three months for return of money, but no response. They have a single response to all queries, the website is under maintenance. But i believe that doesn't stop your backend team to do operations and refund the money.

2023-05-07	vi*****	New issue is I'm unable to sell. Or unable to add my bank account.always pops an error as under maintenance..and this is since like 6 months plus. Worst! I have added funds in the wallet its been 2 days. No one came back nor I have got my account credited. This seems like a fraudulent app. Edit: even after multiple tickets raised my issue was not resolved.

2022-11-01	an*****	Fake app. They wont let you withdraw your money. I have placed a withdrawal request and its been a month but the amount is still not credited to my account. Also they have suspended my account. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY FUNDS INTO THIS APP. Uninstall the app and report it on Play Store so they wont loot anyone else.

2022-10-05	Ku*****	Wish it had zero star option worst customer service ever at first it took longer to deposit and when i withdrew my money they didn't credit so i raised a ticket and waited for a few days and today it's been a week and when i tried to see my complaint status they suspend my account altogether I wouldn't suggest using this app they'll take your money and lock you out so you can never withdraw. it shouldn't be allowed in appstore. the worst app ever.

2021-11-03	Sa*****	Having the worst experience with this app. They want you verify the bank account to make withdrawals but none of banks are accepting this account. Hence not able to complete the verification and hence not able to withdraw. Have raised tickets, tried chats, written mails. They do not reply to anything. We are just stuck Having invested our money. AND GUESS WHAT THE TORTURE CONTINUES. I MADE A WITHDRAWAL AND THE MONEY IS STILL NOT CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. I NEED THE MONEY CREDITED URGENTLY.

2021-10-29	Pr*****	The application is very slow and UI/UX experience is very bad. I have never seen a company taking 2 days for KYC verification. I have submitted for KYC 2 days ago and It is still pending for completion. The support is very bad. The chat support did not reply to my queries at all. It shows a waiting time of 40 mins. I have waited 40 mins and yet no reply. Lol I wrote to support and no response yet after 10 days. I am glad atleast I got a response here. I cannot attach screen shot in the review.

They don't revert to chats, infact, once you lodge a complaint thru chat, they remove the Chat option altogether. This is something very new. They don't revert to your tweets. They don't revert to your tickets. I raised a ticket, got the confirmation email but the link given in it won't allow me to track the progress. I don't know whether one should trust these guys or not. Really Pathetic!
