Overview

This App provides access to the BIS’s online learning platform. The following resources may be accessed by those with valid user accounts:

FSI Connect

FSI Connect is the BIS's e-learning platform available exclusively to central banks, supervisory authorities, deposit insurers and other eligible public sector authorities.

The FSI Connect library of tutorials covers international financial regulatory standards and sound supervisory practices, including the latest prudential standards, key guidance on banking and insurance supervision, and relevant accounting and deposit insurance topics.

Our tutorials cover:

· the key aspects of Basel III and the global liquidity standards
· insurer solvency
· macroprudential policy
· post-crisis regulatory reforms beyond Basel III
· the material risks faced by banks and insurers – including credit, liquidity, market, operational and underwriting risks and their management, climate and environmental risks

· key accounting standards that impact day-to-day supervision
· deposit insurance and resolution-related topics
· various financial products and markets

We aim to provide a world-class online learning programme on financial sector regulation and supervision exclusively for the global supervisory community.

To this end, our content is developed primarily by experienced regulatory and supervisory experts at the FSI, in cooperation with the secretariats of the global standard-setting bodies, including the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, the International Association of Insurance Supervisors and the International Association of Deposit Insurers.
