Cluck & Merge

Cluck & Merge is a focused number-merging puzzle built around clear logic and satisfying progression. The board is a compact 4×4 grid where tiles appear with the values 2 or 4. Every move shifts all tiles at once in one direction—left, right, up, or down—creating opportunities to combine matching numbers and grow them into larger values.

When two tiles with the same number collide, they merge into a single tile with a higher value. A pair of 2s becomes 4, two 4s become 8, and the chain continues as you build increasingly powerful numbers. After every move, a new tile appears on the grid, steadily filling the space and forcing careful planning.

The main objective in Cluck & Merge is to reach the 2048 tile. Achieving this requires precise movement and a thoughtful approach to positioning numbers across the grid. However, the challenge does not stop there. Even after reaching the target tile, the board can continue evolving as you pursue higher scores and more complex combinations.

As the grid fills, every decision becomes more critical. Each slide changes the entire board at once, meaning one move can open opportunities or close them entirely. Strategic control of space is essential to keep merging tiles and avoid running out of options.

A game ends when the grid is completely filled and no possible merges remain. At that point, the total score reflects how far the board was developed and how efficiently the numbers were combined. Scores above zero are recorded, allowing strong results to stand as personal records.
