Just doesn't connect to WiFi. Waste of money.

Ridiculous how hard it is to download seeds. We have spent hundreds of dollars on seeds and the player and Christmas morning has been a dud so far.

App never works. Impossible to connect to internet. Makes trying to use the birde a nightmare. Wish I checked this before buying a birde player.

App is glitchy, can't change the volume on app which is set to 50% and therefore can't increase volume on the speaker so can barely hear in it the car or when there is a lot of background noise on. Device seems to be losing charge when charging. My kid likes it but it's pretty expensive for a pretty average device.

Trash app. Doesn't work properly. Obviously a rush job that was never fixed. Wish I read app reviews before this product. Waste of time, don't bother

Been trying to set this up, having to set my modem to 2.4ghz and everything, still wont connect. Will update my feedback soon as i either give up setting up or figure it out. Bottom line, i dont expect the average mum/dad to figure this out as i dont consider myself technologically challenged.

App is really glitchy. Frequently closes or fails to open. The physical device is good but without decent app support it's pretty disappointing. App had seeds for purchase which are not on website but you can't add them to cart- with no explanation (I'm not sure if they are sold out/not yet available or it's just another error)
