Recent reviews

I paid up for a year in April and was informed it is valid till December. From June the app has not been working at all and though I am in extremely silent places, the app says 'Sorry, we couldn't identify your bird. Please go to a quieter place' or words to that effect. Complaints on the app don't get registered with an ' Error' message following each complaint.
