Βιορυθμοί : Biorhythm

Has there ever been a time in your life when you felt full of strength and then again in a bad mood? Was it enough to think of something intensely, to see it succeed later?
It was as if a wonderful dynamism was accumulating inside you, an incredible energy, which pushed you to the satisfaction of your aspirations.

And while for days your enthusiasm remained unchanged, you suddenly felt empty, with no disposition for action, while there was no obvious reason for this unexpected change.

What had happened; Are there really days of ups and downs in every human life? Periods particularly positive or intensely negative, that leave an indelible memory in our thoughts?

Responsible for all these transitions are the Biorhythms, which some theorists perceive as real biological clocks, the effect of which regulates certain basic functions.

Biorhythms are divided into two categories, the "Internal Biorhythms" (mental and spiritual improvement and development)) and the "External Biorhythms" that are used with the health of the behavior and in general with the external actions of the individual.

The Biorhythms Application is the only one that examines 3 additional - (out of 4) - important Biorhythm Circles (Internal Biorhythms, or I-Ching Biorhythms).

The Biorhythms examined in the application are the following:
1) The Physical Cycle
2) The Emotional Cycle
3) The Intellectual Cycle
4) The Intuition Cycle
5) The Aesthetic Cycle
6) The Self-Awareness Cycle
7) The Spiritual Cycle (or Psychic Cycle)

So if we do not know our auspicious times, if we ignore the days when the effects are negative and continue to spend our lives wandering and behaving, sometimes as shields of black thoughts and sometimes missing important opportunities, because we simply did not know we had to be there, then we will always be dominated by mysterious forces, we will become fatalists and we will become passive recipients of our Biorhythms, and thus, the indicators of our Biological clock will be of no use to us.

We need to know that Transition Days and Negative Cycles are also important and necessary in our lives.
For example, when our Mental Circle is at a low level, our intuition is at its zenith.
During this triple low cycle our consciousness is not very demanding, and thus more free space is left for our subconscious to move and act. In other words, one of the best moments to communicate with the deeper is for us to concentrate and review.
Contrary to what one might expect, in the case of the triple positive cycle, we become very irritating and hurried, developing overconfidence, which can lead to catastrophic mistakes.

But if we control our dynamic periods, if we know the moments of depression and fatigue and if we anticipate our Biorhythms, we will direct our lives properly, we will become active, patient and masters of our Emotional, Physical, and Mental State, and with a little effort, we will achieve what we want.

How can this happen;
If, for example, we have undertaken tasks that are difficult to accomplish, it is better to postpone them to the period of favorable days and for adverse days, we can keep enjoyable activities, a hobby, fun, etc.
