Pros

Easy to navigate and use
Good experience when the app is working properly

Cons

Requires login every single time the app is opened
Frequently has issues with sending OTPs for registration
Reports are not visible or downloadable
App is unreliable and prone to crashes
Poor customer service and support from the hospital associated with the app

Recent reviews

Previous it was good. But now everytime it is asking for login and also captcha not showing on wifi. So unable to go through my reports and prescriptions. Please do something.

It's kind of complicated for me... Since if we take appointment on the given time but they themselves make Busy on some other meetings as well... So I think patients should be first in all this... Everyone is busy with their works too but I think punctuality will save many other life's too 👍
