BajsRoute

BajsRoute is a free application for bicycle navigation in the area of ​​the City of Zagreb. Find the best route between any two points in the city, follow bike paths, lanes and roads on an interactive map, and discover nearby public bike stations and parking lots. The application combines the official open data of the City of Zagreb with modern navigation to make every bike ride safer, more practical and more enjoyable.

What you can do:

• Plan a cycling route between the origin and destination with a view of the route, distance and estimated driving time
• Navigate the city with turn-by-turn directions and a route that follows the existing cycling network
• View all bicycle lanes, lanes and roads in Zagreb on a clear interactive map
• Find Bajs public bicycle system stations and public bicycle parking lots
• Rate individual sections of trails and help other cyclists choose safer and more pleasant routes (with registration)
• Report damage, obstacles and other problems on the trails to make the data more useful for everyone (with registration)
• View the map and cycling infrastructure even without an Internet connection — the data is stored locally on the device

Note: BajsRoute is intended exclusively for the area of ​​the City of Zagreb. An active Internet connection is required for route calculation and navigation.

BajsRoute is based on the official open data of the City of Zagreb (ZG Geoportal) on bicycle paths, Bajs public bicycle stations and bicycle parking lots, with the map base of OpenStreetMap. The map includes more than 260 km of bicycle paths, over 30 Bajs stations and 300+ bicycle parking lots. The calculation of routes is provided by the GraphHopper service, and the address search is provided by Nominatim. The app is completely free — no ads, subscriptions, or hidden costs.

Map view and navigation are available without registration. Signing in with a Google Account is only required to rate stocks and report issues. The application does not track your movements in the background.
