They are ripping off customers by making mistakes in measurements despite accurate measurements given by customers, refuse to make alterations, they're not ensuring their mistake is rectified. They also make a mockery out of you with the kind of refund they recommend.

2023-09-05	An*****	Please do not place any orders with these scammers. They collected Rs 4872 and provided blouses I cannot wear. They're not coming for alterations either and it's been over 2 weeks I have been following up. They're trying to say they will refund Rs 250 though they have taken my material and produced something I cannot wear. I had originally ordered it for an important function. I had to go buy something else last minute. I trusted them with 4872 rupees and this is the service I get? Inexcusable.

2023-08-25	Di*****	Horrible experience! Do not go for this. I booked an order on 1st Aug and had a consultation on 4th Aug where I clearly mentioned the dress was needed by 25th Aug. The designer took her own sweet time to confirm the design and after multiple follow ups the design got confirmed on 16th Aug! And now they said we can only deliver 15 days later. I had to leave for a wedding and had no choice but to rush last minute to a local tailor and get something stitched. Do not trust them - A lot of hassle!
