Người dùng có thể đăng ký vé tháng ngay trên ứng dụng và nhận vé giao tận nhà tại một số quận. Ngoài ra, Tìm Buýt hỗ trợ tra cứu thông tin ngay cả khi offline và có tổng đài hỗ trợ khách hàng trực tuyến 7 ngày trong tuần, mang đến trải nghiệm tiện lợi và hiệu quả cho người sử dụng xe buýt.
