2025-10-09	Ye*****	I purchased a locker and when I tried to open it via the app, the locker wouldn't open so I never got to use it. The binbox rep at the venue in Tacoma tried to contact his company but he was having trouble too. Two people bought two lockers and only one of them got a second locker that actually worked. Also, right when the lockers were supposed to be available, the app kept saying the lockers were all sold out. Then, there's no customer service number to contact so I'm basically out $19. :(
