Zi Team — Your mobile workplace for HR and field sales

Zi Team is the employee app for your organization. Sign in with your company account to manage attendance, time off, and HR requests, and—if your role includes sales—to run customer visits, orders, and payment collections from your phone. Everything syncs with your company’s business system so you see the same data as the office.

Whether you work from the field or the office, Zi Team keeps daily tasks in one place. Check in and out, apply for leave, follow your visit schedule, and record customer activity without switching between tools or calling back for updates.

HR & work

• Attendance — Check in and check out from the app when your company enables live attendance.

• Attendance summary — Review attendance by period and stay aligned with company policy.

• Manual attendance — Submit manual attendance requests when automatic capture isn’t possible.

• Time off — Apply for leave, track status, and view your requests. Supporting documents (including medical documents where required) can be attached when your leave type needs them.

• Tour leave — Apply for and manage tour leave according to your organization’s rules.

• Pending requests — See counts of items waiting on action and open the pending-requests hub from Work.

• Contacts — Browse the company contacts directory when enabled for your account.

• Profile — View and update profile details tied to your employee record.

Sales & field operations (for authorized users)

• Multi-company sales — Switch between linked sales companies (for example separate business units) so customers, stock, orders, and payments use the correct company context.

• Scheduled visits — View today’s visit plan, start and end visits with location and photo capture, add notes, and mark visit outcomes.

• Visit history — Review completed visits and related details.

• Customers — Search customers and create new customer records in the field.

• Products & stock — Check product catalogue and availability to support orders on the spot.

• Sale orders — List and create sale orders linked to customers and products.

• Customer payments — Record payment collections (cash, cheque, bank transfer), attach photos or files (cheque images, deposit slips, transfer receipts, other documents), create drafts, and submit for review according to your company workflow.

• Sales KPIs — Quick view of confirmed orders and completed visits for the active sales company.

During a customer visit

From an in-progress visit you can create a sale order or start a customer payment with the visit customer prefilled, so collections and orders stay tied to the stop you’re on.

Security & access

Access is limited to users provisioned by your employer. You sign in with credentials supplied by your organization; features visible to you depend on your role and company setup. The app is not a public consumer service—it is intended for employees and authorized field staff of participating companies.
