AR on letters doesn't work

Really really bad. This left my kid frustrated with learning English using this game, and it's a shame as she was soooo excited when she finally got it. 1. Half of the cards are printed with the black outline covering only parts of the letters, preventing the app from finding it. 2. Phone camera never focuses and can not find even "good" printed letters. 3. only three fairly boring games. I am sorry for the harsh reply, but we really thought we will be getting quality goods. Oh well
