La mayoría de usuarios elogian la facilidad de uso, la confiabilidad y funciones útiles como el pago por enlace y la posibilidad de cobrar en cualquier lugar. Sin embargo, se repiten problemas con demoras en depósitos, soporte al cliente inconsistente y fallas en el lector/terminal (incluida la activación), que afectan negativamente la experiencia.

Pros

Muy fácil de usar y práctico.
Confiable y, en general, funciona bien.
Función de pago por enlace (pay by link) personalizable y reutilizable.
Permite cobrar en cualquier lugar y ayuda a no perder ventas.

Cons

Los depósitos/pagos tardan en reflejarse; los pagos son lentos frente a la competencia.
Soporte al cliente deficiente o poco confiable, a veces no resuelven los problemas.
Problemas con el lector/terminal: activación difícil y terminal que no funciona correctamente.

Es estafa, nunca te dan el dinero de tus ventas

Cuando comenzó la idea era buena pero a la fecha tienen mil problemas, separación de empresas, cambios en términos, etc. Cada vez es menos útil y más complicado realizar operaciones con Billpocket o el nuevo nombre que se haya puesto, ya casi nunca aceptan los pagos a través del link y aún con terminal física cuando se supone que el pago ya fue aprobado los depósitos son un problema, también el soporte es cada vez peor. Utilicen cualquier otra alternativa y ahórrense problemas.
