Ish Plus

Ish Plus is a dedicated Chrome extension designed to empower people with disabilities by connecting them to decent jobs, internships, and vocational training through a specialized recruiting web portal. It supports working-age individuals with disabilities (men 16-59, women 16-54) in finding suitable employment opportunities in the open labor market.

The platform publishes up-to-date vacancies and allows applicants to register, create resumes, and receive individualized assistance from coordinators who are also persons with disabilities. Employers benefit by finding qualified inclusive employees. Additionally, Ish Plus offers consultations, trainings, and seminars to promote proper treatment, workplace adaptation, and awareness of tax benefits related to hiring persons with disabilities. Developed with support from the Eurasia Foundation and USAID, Ish Plus fosters social inclusion and meaningful employment for people with disabilities.
