the worst eld services are company has been having problems for 6 months every time I call or the other drivers call we get the same response we are working on it for 6 months and they can't fix it thank god are company is going to another eld services i should of gave them zero star's

Absolutely outrageous behavior from everyone at bigroad. I've been a customer since 2016 and the service gets gradually worse. After march update the logbooks were getting stuck in driving status or would randomly kick into driving in middle of the night, no creep mode etc. For months I was promised fix that never came and when I decided to start cancelation process out of spite they closed my account without any notice while I still have trucks on the road. Impossible to get answers from them.
