2026-06-11	Bu*****	Doesn't work. Kinda crazy, it's been what- months? and I still can't log in. it just takes me to the website, then has me click the app store again. The app is glitchy, laggy, doesn't work right. Yet it's not fixed, it's a fairly simple app to make. I love biggby, I have gone there for about 6 years. But this is disappointing.

2026-05-31	Co*****	I have been unable to log in FOR OVER A MONTH! For whatever reason, I select log in, sign in on the webage, and it tells me to download the app, but the app isn't signed in. If I go through the website to sign in, I get told to download the app and it won't progress past that page.

2026-05-29	St*****	I downloaded the app since I have the card and go often. However, I created an account, activated with email and then tried signing in and.... NOTHING. No profile was given, just asked me to sign in, log in, or continue as guest. I true several times to sign in and got the same results. As a guest, I can at least look over the menus.
