Made it harder to use, harder to read, unreliable and a dreadful overall experience. Probably the worst upgrade of an app I've ever encountered. Epitomises Crapification or Buggrading. Awful.

2024-09-02	sk*****	Pretty poor compared to the old app. If you switch between shows, it doesn't remember your position, which to me was a very important feature. If Big Finish were going to replace their old app with a newer one, it should at least have retained the basic features.

2024-08-21	Ch*****	Still terrible. Hard to find anything, lack of search and sorting features. It skips tracks and its yet to update my purchase history, frustrating as i bought a bunch of audios explicitly for a journey. Its also just plain uglier then the old app.

2024-08-21	Gr*****	1.0.4. Fixes the lack of background audio. Searching and Filtering of the audios is too poor to be usable for my 380+ audios. Playlists are atrocious. I don't know what order they are attempting to sort, but you can't change it, so useless. ADDENDUM: The back end appears to working well now. All my audios seem to be present and correct. Playlists are better, somewhat reflecting the order of addition, but still not sortable or editable.

2024-08-13	Li*****	Absolutely awful app I won't go in to details as every other review points out and explains it's many many issues such library content, loafing times and much more but I wholeheartedly agree with them all. The old app was good snd this has been downgraded in every sense of the word.

Even after logging in most of the filter settings are gone and even if you know exactly what you are looking for some of the audios are missing so I can't even access the products I've purchased on it. As this is now it's unacceptable. The only reason it has one star is because I can give it zero. A week later and still missing a lot of audios.

I've bought the diary of river song on the old app but trying to download them again on the new app doesn't work. I downloaded season 1 and then downloaded season 2 but it deleted season 1 on me. The episodes aren't even in the right order anymore either. Can't even close the window when downloading or it cancels the download. Please go back to the previous app this is useless.

2024-08-11	Ja*****	A major downgrade on the old app. Not only are titles you have purchased missing, but the options for sorting those titles has been greatly reduced to only be by purchase date or release date (not by range). It's not Android Carplay compatible. User unfriendly rubbish.

It can't filter my 100s of downloads by range or collection - I have to search my whole library every time I need to find something. It truncates longer titles, so it's hard to identify downloads whose names begin with the same words. Its 'downloaded' icon is tiny and far too easy to overlook. Please restore the old app immediately!
