đăng nhập vào App quá phức tạp. App tự động log out người dùng. Log in vào thông qua số đt, thay vì hệ thống sẽ gửi passcode qua số đt đăng nhập, nhưng lại bắt người dùng đăng nhập bằng mật khẩu. Nhấn vào "quên mật khẩu" hiện ra tiếp 1 loạt câu hỏi bảo mật, người dùng phải tự lựa chọn câu hỏi và trả lời. Chỉ là app mua đồ siêu thị thôi, có cần phải rắc rối, phức tạp vậy không? khó khăn, nhiêu khê hơn đăng nhập vào các App khác. Thôi nghỉ khỏe. Xóa App.
