Very disappointing experience. The machine had a technical glitch—the compartment did not open from my app, but the payment was still deducted. Customer support was even worse. I was promised a callback that never came, and my issue was met with repetitive responses instead of a proper investigation. Customers should not be held responsible for system failures. Poor service and poor support.
